Functions

The vertical tubular automatic shoulder injector adopts the integration of electricity and pneumatic, intelligent control of industrial PLC, a 7-inch extra-large full touch screen, and intelligent feeding by a tube arranging machine. It is equipped with Taiwanese servos and pneumatic components to stably and quickly realize automatic operations, improve production efficiency and ensure safe production. There is no need for manual tube insertion and extraction, which changes the traditional manual production method that has been used for a long time. It is widely used in shoulder injection of hoses in the fields of cosmetics, food, medicine and so on.


Working Principle

This equipment is controlled by a PLC digital system. Through the transmission of servo motors, cylinders, linear guides, gear racks, etc., combined with the collection and feedback of signals from various sensors, it ensures the stability and rapidity of automatic operations and improves production efficiency.


Application Fields

This equipment is widely used in shoulder injection of hoses of various specifications in the fields of cosmetics, food, medicine and so on.


Equipment Features

  1. The original molds and injection molding machines used in manual production can still be utilized without any changes.

  2. The equipment adopts digital automatic control, with a maximum production efficiency of up to 4.5 molds per minute, and can greatly save labor costs.

  3. Except for some tooling fixtures driven by cylinders, the rest are driven by servo motors, which ensures fast and accurate operation of the equipment and stable and rapid material picking and placing.

  4. The servo motors, pneumatic component guides and sensors all adopt well-known Taiwanese brands, which ensures fast and accurate operation of the equipment and stable and rapid material picking and placing.

  5. For some hoses that need to be injected with shoulders in a specific direction, the equipment uses a color mark sensor for intelligent and rapid identification to ensure fast and stable identification.

  6. It adopts an intelligent tube arranging machine for feeding.
